The product arrived safe and well packaged. The Soloist amp has improved the sounds of my setup really well (audirvana –> Bifrost 2 DAC –> Soloist 3XP). The Soloist took the edge off rough rock album recordings (looking at you Seether), and complements the Focal Clears (original) Currently I’m running the setup with RCA interconnects and SE headphone cable. I still haven’t tried the whole setup in balanced.
