30-Day Satisfaction Refund Guarantee: At Burson Audio, we stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned in a resalable condition, meaning it should be undamaged and in its original packaging. Please note, however, that return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, a 10% transaction fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the costs associated with processing your order and return.

Burson Lifetime Warranty: We offer a lifetime warranty for all Burson Opamps purchased directly from Burson Audio. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. In order to activate this warranty, you must register your product on our website at Burson Warranty within one month of your purchase date.

Standard Warranty Terms for Complete Products: We offer a warranty period of three years for complete products, providing a standard back-to-base service, when you register your product on our website at Burson Warranty within one month of the purchase date. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of three years from the date of purchase. Complete products that are not registered are covered for two years from the date of purchase.

Registering Your Product: Registration takes a couple of minutes via the Warranty Registration page. Registration includes a short description of your system and your experience with the product (at least 50 words) plus two photos – this helps our small team improve future products. Star ratings and permission to publish your feedback are optional, and your warranty never depends on the rating you give.

Please note, all of these terms and conditions are applicable to purchases made directly from Burson Audio. If you’ve purchased our products indirectly, such as from a local dealership, then your purchase is subject to the terms and conditions of that specific dealership’s policies.
