The Soloist 3X Performance has been a fantastic addition to my setup. It adds a unique flavor to the M Scaler + Hugo TT 2 stack. The character of the amp is decidedly musical, thanks to a hint of warmth and body to the music; it still retains good transparency and resolution, too. All in all, this is a great amplifier – for its price, I doubt that you could find a contemporary option that performs better.
