Outstanding customer service throughout the ordering process. I’m happy to say that the Conductor 3X Performance was definitely worth the wait. There’s zero background noise with my Focal Clear headphones. The biggest improvement over my previous DAC/amp combo has to do with bass. It’s punchy, faster, with more energy and detail. It sounds great using the preamp outputs with my Vanatoo desktop speakers as well. Build quality is impressive! Will be using this for years to come.
