The product itself has been incredible and made a real difference to the clarity of sound, however the included USB cable is uselessly short, and there was no indication beforehand that standard USB cables such as are available on Amazon don’t work with it, I had to purchase an additional specialty Chroma cable made for audio/DJ use in order to have a longer length.
