A rough start with a ground loop and throttling my headphones with too little gain. Now I’m enjoying this amplifier more and more.
It sounds wonderful
I demoed the solist for a few days and absolutely loved the sound and build quality. It was an easy decision to purchase and include in my set-up.
Lovely smooth transparent holographic presentation. Removed the bright edge from my Chord Hugo 2 and delivers a controlled, authoritive sound from my Meze Empyreans.
Looking forward to getting a complementing DAC

I noticed when going from volume level "51" to "52" the sound gets considerably louder compared to lower volume changes. Apart from that the amplifier sounds good.
