It was easy to install, and easy to notice the difference with the older Op Amps (Muses 8820 and Muses 8920). With only 3 seconds of music playback we noticed an huge improvement: More detailed sound, bigger and controlled bass, detailed mids and vocals and accurate highs without being too bright. Perfect! Hi,
i did the same with my stx II and was pleased with the results, though not quiet as stellar as i had hoped for (using output stereo amp).
Now i get strange random crackling noises (after approx. 1 month of flawless use).
Im currently back to the standard amps 8820 and 8920 and everyhting works fine.
Anyone had similar experiences?
