The device arrived safely in Germany, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the sound quality. The Soloist 3XGT is simply outstanding, and I’m currently using it as a preamp. The audio experience is remarkable, and it’s clear that this product delivers on its promises.
However, I did encounter a small issue with the remote control. It doesn’t seem to function when the Soloist is powered on via the trigger signal from my Eversolo DMP-A8. The remote works fine if I turn the Soloist on manually, but when it’s triggered remotely, it doesn’t respond.
I’d appreciate your advice on this matter and hope you can help resolve the issue. It could become quite inconvenient if it’s not addressed. Looking forward to your assistance!
