I am one of your happy customers. I have brought my HA-160 for more than 3 years now. It is one of the best sound amps pairing with my K702. Congratulate for creating such musical product.

In the recent months my HA-160 volume control developed a popping sound between some of the volume steps. I understand that stepped attenuator is a mechanical device and due to normal usage small ware and tare is unavoidable.

So I have taken the follow steps restore my Burson HA-160 back to its top condition. It is a simple and effective process and I thought I want would like to share them with you.
