I bought four pcs of the dual discrete opamp and one jitter clock ckt for my old Sony CD player.
I replaced the jitter clock first, give it a listen but could not really hear any differences as my ears are not trained.
After a few weeks, i decided to change out the op amp, not sure what to expect but was totally blown away by the fullness and clarity in the music after soldering them in.
There is a lot of details which i would not have pick up with the old opamp. Noise in some particular recordings was so real i thought it was coming from outside the room. I do not need to look for a high end cdp now, will let the system run in for the recommended 100 hrs and enjoy the music.
