Achieving absolute transparency:

Achieving complete transparency requires the removal of all IC (integrated circuitries) from the AB-160 design. And the entire AB-160 is IC free. The heart of AB-160 is our new generation of high dynamic audio opamp which reduces its output impedance to a range between 15-30 ohms. We then matched it with an in-house design parallel voltage power supply based on our low noise regulator technology which allows the AB-160 to achieve 118db of S/N ration and less than 0.01% THD at 10Hz – 10Khz.

Achieving absolute perfection:

The AB-160 audio buffer is dual mono in design with ultra short signal paths. It employs some of the highest quality components available including 0.01% variance Dale resistors and Elna caps. Each AB-160 is then hand-soldered to perfection and set to work in a single-ended Class A mode for minimum distortion. That will translate to more micro and macro dynamics; better control at the lower end and less effort at the top. Many who have tried it have agreed that the Burson Audio Buffer is an effective upgrade for any digital source."

Each AB-160 must go through 5 stages of tuning and over 100 hours of burn-in before leaving our production facilitate with honour.
