He smiles with satisfaction, knowing that just like every other Burson creation, this circuit is custom built to perfection. In short, it¡¯s another design which hasn¡¯t been compromised in any way. Burson Audio understands the importance of having absolute control over our designs. We believe the best results can only be accomplished by custom building each stage of the circuitry, instead of building a circuit to support another ¡°pre made circuit block¡± such as the IC chips. We are well aware of the cost advantage of using a standard IC base opamp in an audio circuit. After all, it only takes a few seconds to plug in an 8 pin IC opamp. But it can take hours to assemble the equivalent discrete design and takes even longer to design. Burson Audio will not accept product sound which is only as good as, or only slightly better than the rest of the 99% of audio equipment that uses the same opamp, which is so often the case in the current market place. We demand 100% control over our design, and will not be restricted by any standard pre-made circuit block that is unable to yield the best results. |
